		<description>Hey Elaina!

Just take the plunge with the parents and tell them what's going on with you. I know you'll feel weird to bring it up and it will be uncomfortable at first. But once you get past that initial OMG moment, you will feel relieved. Definitely, tell your folks that you would like this book (or one like it) or see if they have it in the library at school.

DON'T feel like you have to go through this all on your own. It will probably freak your mom out a little bit because we don't like to be faced with the fact that our little girls are growing up. But that's OK. Families are supposed to freak out together... that's what makes us strong.

Good luck &#038; be brave, girl! Let me know how it goes.
